I can understand it easily ( I'm a native cook islander) it's spoken or rather shouted in cook islands maori. ( Kuki 'Airani O Reo Ipukarea) It's not to difficult to understand what's being chanted but somewhat gruesome chanting we will eat you" come here you bird" come here come here !" "The end part we will bind you" - " we will level you in other words flatten you/bury you in the ground" ( hence the shovel action). 'aere atu e' - at the start mean " go over there or get over there.
