Just FYI - He doesn't like being called Rap Monster anymore. In 2017, RM changed it to just RM, and he decided it could stand for Real Me. His reasoning was that the name no longer fit him, and it limited him in his music expression. So he is just RM now. RM didn't say he's not a role model, he did say he's not a monk or a diplomat, and people keep trying to pressure him to take on responsiblities that have nothing to do with his art. He just wants to do his music and to not be pressured, used, or hated on. That is what he's trying to say. And why would anyone think that he would talk to a girl like that? it doesn't make sense.

When analysing possible meanings of RMs lyrics its best to remember RM has a 148 IQ( Einstein was 150 also .... Korean was made for rap a one word modifier can give a sentence multiple meanings and RM will use them all at the same time).This song is the clearest. He is fed up with people trying to use him( get your ass out the trunk ..stop riding my coat tails). Hes saying he won't be used as a diplomat and an establishment mouth piece. When he spoke in front of the United Nations 3 times those were his own words. Yet the government have repeatedly tried to use him, he had to go talk to Biden in the Oval Office and then they wanted him to talk to other governments about repatriating dead korean soldiers. Then there are fans saying he has to comment on the Palestinian situation. See him read a book and it means he hates god or muslims.Hes had 2 serious death threats that we know about. In Korea we have just had the biggest smear campaign against BTS and Hybe. Their absence weaponised attempting to tarnish their Rep so companies might make available some of those very lucrative endorsement deals each of the 7 members hold from Chanel to Tiffany, Samsung to Hyundai, Calvin Klein to Celine etc. RM just wants to.make music and not have to behave like everything he does is reflecting back on BTS. That makes him feel like hes been gagged and hes had enough.
