Groin is a powerful anthem the lyrics reflect a raw and unfiltered expression of frustration with societal expectations and the judgemental nature of people, Rm, known for his role as the leader of BTS and his solo work, channels in Grion through a confrontational and unapologetic tone, emphasizing his determination to live life on his own terms, But in simple words " He don't give af what people thing about him or his music and if people don't like him or his music then go somewhere else" RESPECTFULLY

Whole album is FIREEEEEE His goofy side came out on this one and I love it because he still sounded so good. Lyrics are like “just let me live, get off my d*ck” And to be honest, he’s been like this since his early days in bts. He’s always shown bursts of aggression, he’s always clapped back and cussed. He just wrote about different things most of the time.

This album has been on the “Best albums in 2024 so far” lists of multiple publications. NME, Rolling Stone, Associated Press, The Guardian, Pop Crush, Teen Vogue, AllMusic, Genius, and Billboard. Only Consequence gave it four stars instead of five - and they just didn’t get it, saying it didn’t sound like anything BTS would have done. (Ummm….duh. That’s why it’s a SOLO project and not a BTS project???) It is getting buzz about deserving a Grammy nom. I think that means it deserves WELL above scores in the 7s. 🤷🏻‍♀️

British reactors have said this song is very 2000s UK Rap. The Adidas outfit and the street in England seem to confirm this. He’s angry about all the misconceptions and expectations from society on him as leader of a mega group. I’ve been told “get yo ass out of trunk” means “stop trying to ride my coattails” in other words, stop trying to use me and BTS for clout.

I love this song. I speak both Korean and English... and the Korean hits me harder. It feels good following the lyrics driving back home after my busy work day. Let it all out, but not in a negative way.

This whole album is such a great car album. If that makes sense. I've been listening to the whole thing straight through on trips. Not even tired.

ALL bts members have solo music before they debuted as solo artists before enlisting. so you know rm still life and now this song those are songs from his 2 recent albums one dropped in 2022 one dropped this year in 2024. firstly the albums have more songs than just the music videos every bts album and solo album does so if you stick to music videos you miss on majority of their music but also rm has 2 mixtapes from way before 2022. he dropped MONO in 2018 and he dropped RM in 2015. groin has a mix between rm, mono, and indigo if you go through their music song by song on each album instead of random songs youll see all of them grow into what they are now and see theres no difference from 2013 to now while there is growth. like theyre the same people they still do every genre and still put out music they write or connect with but you still see growth. yall should do album reactions but like not all together in one reaction bc yt with block it but like song 1 reaction post song 2 reaction post etc if you want to obv but i think youll like bts group and solo music better if you follow along the story of their lives basically.

On his new album, he came out with a new side of himself, and the rap songs on there feel like freestyles these are just responses to trolls check out other songs like Lost, around the heaven, Domodachi, etc.

He's addressing his haters & all those who have criticized him without really knowing him. RM is a lyrical genius, writing what he feels without worrying about censorship from his country where they are very rigid in the kind of music they play on radio. All the members have showcased their different personalities in all their solo projects, all their solo songs are so different but it's letting us know they are individually talented & they each can have succesful careers if ever BTS breaks up as a group. Loved this song, but I think it was way over your heads, cause you admitted you guys don't know RM very well. That's ok, thanks for the reaction anyway!!!
