Great boots, but don't expect Fox to warranty them. Had mine for 3 months and the top part where the leather is tore and left a hole and they wouldn't do anything. switched to Gaerne

FOX is probably the worst company to deal with for warranty work. They make it as painful of a process as they can.

475kennedy agree i cant afford $600. I went with the fox comp 8 boots recently. ~300 bucks and they are terrific. What i like the most about them is they are very light and they cool off when u get some air over them. Really nice out here in the cali dez where the heat just seems to sink in on your feet.

Size is small compared to Alpinstars size 9 is 10 in fox and gave me sore feet for some time

Nice review ....do you think these are better than alpinestars tech 7 enduro? ...thinking between the two - not too keen on tech 10’s - either the instinct off road or tech 7

Man, that is a tough choice. They are both really good. I haven't ridden in the instinct off-road but have plenty of time in the regular instincts. Only complaint i hear about the instinct is the sole is pretty thick. I've only heard good things about the tech 7 enduro. I know some guys that wear them for MX and they work great for that as well. Personally, as much as i love the instincts, I'd probably lean a little towards the tech 7.-Chase
