Does the quad have to be in neutral or are n gear during the clutch swap?
@blackedouthonda22634 жыл бұрын
If i never did one before, should I try it? Or bring to a mechanic. I have a yamaha yfz450 2012. Also. I dont race, I just ride normal. Whats a good clutch to use?

is there a push rod adjustment? before you adjust cable play?
@joshuamachado13894 жыл бұрын
Hey Rocky mountain . how do you set the rod to the actuator. I took my engine out of bike and did oil mod and new oil pump but left clutch cable on bike put everything back on and for some reason it seems like my cable is to long

Throw that half fiber away and the spring washers and put a full fiber in and never use them again. The spring and half fiber is a joke if they were so great we would run them in the drag bikes....guess what we don’t. Anyways great videos guys keep up the good work and throw away that garbage lol
@bansheeclout44135 жыл бұрын
Tyler Taylor so you don’t use them at all you just put a fiber in first?

Hey rocky mc would the raptor 700 be the same
@rmatvmc5 жыл бұрын
The cover on the Raptor is bigger and a little more involved to take off, but most of the steps of the actual clutch replacement will be the same. Thanks for watching!
@tylertaylor31735 жыл бұрын
The clutch pack is the exact same. The cover is bigger but buy a extra fiber and throw away the half fiber and the spring washer and ring at the end of the clutch pack been building the drag bikes and all the raptors like that for years

Can you put the fiber plates any way in, there’s little marking on the end of the fiber plates thanks

Can u tell me why I cant shift into natural while my quad is running but I does if its off
@rmatvmc4 жыл бұрын
I would check your clutch adjustment first and if that isn't it, take off the cover and inspect the clutch basket fingers for grooves.
