@@emmanuelgonzalez-jk7mk It is a VevorHome Ultrasonic Cleaner 5gal. We chose the 5gal so we could put engine cases in it. But you can get smaller if that's what you choose.

Also Honda sells all the gaskets separate. They do have a kit but expensive and don’t come with all the gaskets. Nice to see tusk has it

Great tutorial! Just a little question, I saw some other movies on this topic where someone said the grease to make the new gaskets sticky was best petroleum based so it would dissolve better in the fuel. Whats your opinion on this?

Simple green and water. somewhere around a 1:10 ratio, 105 F on the temp. If you don't already know, the tank usually heats up with use so starting at 105 doesn't let the tank get hot enough to discolor/chalk the aluminum. -Charles

How many turns from tightening should I loosen the idle screw? I don't mean the mixture screw, but the idle screw (the screw is on the side of the carburetor, not underneath.)

How would I fix the accelerator pump hitting the side of the carb instead of shooting down the throat? I haven’t seen any information anywhere to fix it!

I had a weak spray it kinda shoots sideways shot some carbcleaner through that passage connected gas line and manually pumped the accelerator pump lever and seams to have a better spray

Thanks for the video, big help. Bought a project bike, someone had monkeyed with it big time and taking my time going through it. Do you have any procedures for resetting the throttle position sensor? 05 KX250f

Tps's are set using ohms so if you touch the connectors with your multimeter prongs and adjust the TPS it'll change the ohms, then it's just a matter of checking the manual for the correct ohm reading and setting it there

I put a new fuel mixture screw in and the spring was very stiff and I tightened it a little too much and it pull the threads out. Do you know anywhere I can buy the middle part of the body or what I should do?

Dang that sucks! Sadly your best bet would be buying a whole new carb.
