How To Install Tusk D-Flex Pro Adventure Handguards on a Motorcycle

So is the only difference between this kit and the D-Flex Pro the spacer and longer bolt for the bar end? I bought a D-Flex Pro set for my 2023 KLX230S and struggled to get them mounted. They are on but I'm not totally satisfied with the fitment. The problem being that the bar clamp interferes with the crossbar support in the middle of the bars. Just wondering if the bark buster bars on the Adventure kit is a bit longer which would have made my install infinitely easier.

That is correct, the D-Flex Pro Adventure handguards come with a spacer to allow for a bit more room on adventure bikes.

What grip glue are you using? Need something that does not bond instantly like superglue.

Are the Ktm 790 bars 1 1/8 ?
