The lip color looks good on you. You just aren't use to that color/tone. I have been watching the owner, Rose Marie's shorts. She is a beautiful woman with a wonderful personality. She puts on one product and talks about it and where it needs to go especially for us older women. I highly recommend you Ladies checking her out. The young woman just adore her. Rose Marie use to be a MUA and did the Victoria Secret Models for years. She didn't like the ingredients in the make up so she started making her own. She is a star.

New to RMS myself, and enjoyed your presentation! Couple of tips: Watch Rose-Marie's short video on how to rock bold orangey-red lipstick -- pop the lips and brows, don't use much depth of color on cheeks. You can't have it all going on at the same time. Luminize to bring it all to life. Classy and sophisticated look. For a glam evening look, pop a little luminizer in middle of the lips over the lipstick. Tip #2 - draw an imaginary horizontal line from the end of the nose across the face. Don't apply cheek color below it. This lifts the face.

You can use your bronzer for a eye crease color. It will help add dimension and tie whole face together.

The colours are perfect. The 33 concealer is better. Not that you have any pores or texture but as we get older a slightly darker shade hides pores and texture much better than a lighter shade. The lipstick colour is gorgeous. I hung out with Rose Marie when I was a teenager. She is a wonderful, funny person and was into makeup fashion etc from the get go.

I'm not sure how I missed this when you posted it but I LOVE RMS beauty!! The lip color looks great on you! Also, I'm not a professional or non professional makeup artist, but I've seen other people use the bronswer in the crease of your eyes - I've been doing it as a more subtle makeup look. I'm so glad I got to see the bronzer in action. I have the boush and love it. GREAT VIDEO!

Love RMS too. What a beautiful summer look, Mary! I favor a more natural/nude lip color myself but you carry off the Melanie well. It looks good on you for a special summer occasion. Try the Tan Lines hydra bronzer. I have both the Tan Lines and the Malibu Muse and the Muse is a bit light on me too. You may even like Bikini Beach as the bronzers run a little lighter than they look in the pan in my experience. You would also like the hydra blush in Maidens Blush. And the Re evolve primer is one of their best products ever. Makes the foundation even better. Thanks for a great video on a wonderful brand that is especially flattering for us more mature women.

OK, there were some clear winners here: the foundation, the concealer, the luminizer, the blush....But the star of the show has to be the Moondust cream eyeshadow 🤩I literally gasped when you put it on.... it is sooooooo beautiful on you!!!😆 IMHO, the Melanie lip color is pretty but does not suit you at all (It seemed like you knew it immediately 😬) Keep up the great work Mary! 🥰

There is a film over the bronzer when it’s new so that’s why you have to dig in when you first use it. Looks beautiful. I love BG blush. Blushes are so nice and pretty. I want to get some more. The lipstick looked great with the blush.

Hi Mary, I love how everything looks on you. I have been using the Living Luminizer for years and love how subtle it looks. I recently bought the bronzer in Boardwalk Betty which applies lightly, but is buildable. I may use it as a winter bronzer and buy a darker shade for summer. You can't overapply because the formula is so luminous and sheer in texture, which is true of the blush. I have Bohemian Girl and Crystal Slipper. The Uncover up is also something I have experience with and love. Now, you've intrigued me with the foundation. I am 69 (yikes, how?) and I enjoy a satin or semi glowy foundation. The lipstick definitely looks more orangey from this side of the camera, but it is pretty. I kind of knew from your other lip preferences that you might not love this shade, but in person I bet it's beautiful. You could always add a lighter shade in the middle of your mouth to lighten it. BTW, because of you I now put my fringe up in a roller while doing skincare and makeup and it helps to keep their shape. So thanks for that tip.

Good Morning Mary, Mary. You are too 🥰 cute as your applying your makeup. RoseMarie, founder of RMS is such a classy, spunky Lady. She wanted makeups that us more mature ladies could wear, with great moisturizer and hydration. Ok, you’ve sold me into trying her products. I, like you hardly ever wear foundation, when I do, I use such a tiny amnt. I have bought high end concealer, drugstore ones, and fight with them all. My under eyes are so dry and dehydrated even with High end, medical grade skincare and under eye prep. I trust your recommendations and thoughts on everything. I have to agree, the lips color didn’t seem the right color for you, but then it started growing on me a bit, but for sure not a color I will choose. I too am fair complected and natural blonde hair with blue eyes. You looked so pretty, but you looked pretty before application. Hope you enjoy your makeup, and I am gonna go shop. RMS is fantastic, but it IS a bit heavier. I think you can easily sheer it out and if mixed with a little oil, it's heaven for dry skin!

Try putting a bit of clear lip gloss on before your lipstick. I think the color is lovely but sometimes ( I’m older than you) our lips are dryer and the color can really grab if we don’t exfoliate and hydrate our lips. Try putting the lighter concealer in the corner and sides and the darker one in the middle. May not be that big of a difference for you but if anyone else has puffiness and circles it’s worth a try. I love Moondust. I have it on now. Thank you❤️

I watched a couple of your videos and the previous one with the make up. I just purchased quite a few items from rms. I was having trouble with the highlights but watching you I think that I was just putting too much on again. You just need really little amounts with this make up. I had a free consult with Becky and she was phenomenal. Just for those out there if you want a consult they’re free and you’re not required to buy anything. You just go to their website and you can search down on what consult and with whom you would want to do it. I watched a short video by Rose Marie (actually I’ve watched a lot of her videos lol) but she did a demo and putting on your bronzer and your blushes. She says do not go past the end of your nose on your face or it makes your face look like it’s falling down. She did one side of her face not going below the nose and she did the other side of her face where she went down and that slashed angle toward the corner of the lip and it was so obvious how it just ages you! At 73 I don’t need to look any older than I am!! I got the new foundation in the pump bottles and I did three pumps and then I applied it and it was so much on my face. It looked like a mask. You truly only need one pump you can always add more. What I really like about the make up is that it just kind of absorbs into your skin. It just has a nice finish and glows! I haven’t tried the lipstick! I like the peach colors, but most of them are orange or dark on me. I think the lipstick looks awesome on you! The blush is perfect color and the rest of the make up. Sitting here and watching your videos is like I’m in the room with you and we’re playing with make up! You’re very down to earth person! I definitely will be watching more of your videos!

Hello! Everything looks lovely on you. You are definitely making me want to try some of that multidimensional stuff. The lip color is a bit too much for me. It might be better with toned down cheeks as one other person said, but I just keep getting triggered to feel like it looks like my grandmother's lip color. 🤣 That's just me. Melanie just looks SUPERB on you! Thank you as I've been looking at RMS for a miniute and thanks to you, I'm willing to take the plunge! Yes, it's costly but my concens, fine lines, are addressed in your video. I don't expect fine skincare to be cheap. For me, I stopped wearing face a couple of years ago but I'm ready to start again with all new product. Have you heard of Merritt Cosmetics? They are advertised on KZbin and they are a minimalist type of beauty/skincare that I have also been checking out. It would be amazing if you covered them as well. I'm anxious for your opinion before I drop $300 on skincare. Which is better? RMS or Merritt?

I think the lipstick color is great. As long as the lipstick leans to orange, and not red. I don't think you cam wear red. I'm gonna try and get some RMS from somewhere. Looking forward to hearing how you feel about using the UnCover-up concealer as your foundation.

The lip color doesn’t seem to go with the cheek. I love the lighter tone concealer because it brightens the eye area. The whole makeup look is fabulous on you. The foundation color is perfection, Mary. You did a great job. Love the presentation.

Not really. I've come to the conclusion that eyeliner on my bottom lashes just isn't my thing. It was find on the top though!
