I think 16:37 it will be 8sin(2t) as w = 2pi/T and T = pi so w = 2pi/pi = 2. And The eqn will be 8 sin(wt) = 8sin(2t)

if you put = pi/2 in your equation, you get answer 0, instead of 8V , which is incorrect. Actually here we are using t scale instead of wt scale.
