I loved how real your video is!! There needs to be a lot more real videos like this on KZbin!! Thank you so much for sharing, and I hope you are doing well! I wish I came across this video when I was losing my sight, because too many channels that I knew when I was losing my sight made me feel like I wasn't coping properly, but you definitely sound like you are on the right track discussing this stuff!! Please get back into sharing! And keep being real!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I am doing pretty good thank you. Since that video, I have been registered blind in April of this year (2019), so, more big changes haha. I know what you mean, as when I was searching for youtube videos at the start of my sight loss last year, I only found ones that made me feel like I was sooooo not coping.. then ~I gradually started to find ones that cheered me up and mad eye stronger. I have promised myself I will start you tubing again in the next month or two, so, I hope I will see you back :-). Take good care of yourself, and thanks again

Great video . I know how it feels. I am coming to the end of my sight. And it very much depresses me , some days are great ,some not so much. Hope things are going better for you now.

Hi Neil I have real down days, but then I seem to get over them some how. As you say, some days are for sure better than others. With me, it just takes that one throw away comment when out and about by someone - and it knocks me right back to where I started. But hey - onwards and upwards :-) Thanks for your lovely comments and hope you are doing ok too

Hi fella. Thanks for sharing that - its amazing the roller coaster of emotions we have from time to time, depending on life events. Thank goodness you managed to overturn those dark instincts, and look at you now with wife and daughter - how amazing is that - makes life worthwhile that does for sure. Thanks for the offer of chatting through things if I ever need to. I trained at Thomas Danby in Leeds to be a chef when I left school :-). Still got my Gustaf knife set from all those years back haha take care my friend and look after yourself Terry
