No completely funded as the rest of the RNLI by public donations.

RNLI is my dream job. Nationalise it now. Why are we entrusting this vital job to charity? These heroes need paying.

They happily have been a charity since their founding. As for nationalise it do you realise it will cause complications in the Republic of Ireland leaving Ireland to rely on a poorly funded and resourced charity or a poorly funded and resourced coastguard service
