RNLI Training North Berwick

We were invited to the Lifeboat Station at North Berwick in Scotland to take a look around the station and witness a training exercise.
In 2024 the RNLI is celebrating 200 years of saving lives at sea and in our waterways. Please remember as you watch this video, the crew are volunteers who put their own lives at risk to rescue those who are helpless in the water.
We are grateful to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and the local team at North Berwick for taking the time to show us what they do and allow us to film them.
This video shows some live footage from the training exercise and also from two real-life rescues.
