That bad chicken is smoking for real now, not just on fire!!! I got My 667 right next to me and I really want to look in there but I've seen inside of it sometimes. I just have the urge to look every time I see inside of somebody else's box, I want to look inside mine for comparison. Since I'm barely able to get like around 400-500w out, low drive hitting it with 5.25w swing to 6.5w AM average. I know it's not the ideal ratio of swing into the amp. But it's a sparky tuned Cobra 29 and I'm staying hands off of it because it sounds absolutely spectacular and runs great on other amps. I just think there's something wrong with my 667v and I won't stop looking at it and looking at other people's until I find something wrong. I too see all the extra crap in there as an issue. Makes me want to tear it all out along with my hair!!! Thank you BBI and everybody that supports BBI and the hobby.❤❤❤ All right now, I'ma pull it straight back and get on outta here. Need my M400 messenger looked at. No worries it's been replaced twice over and I don't even know where the box is ......Yes I do it's in my storage in a yellow black container!😅 I'm just interested in seeing more of these units with the case opened up and a good clear eyeball down on the board. Like so many episodes been around for so long they're full of the wrong parts and little shreds of wire that don't belong there and really poor rework of soldering. So a lot of times you don't know what you have until you see what somebody else has and see the difference that they have something nice and you have something crappy but it came in the same looking box. I don't believe I did anything wrong to my m400 Messenger as I always kept it cool and I never ran it hot and I never really overdrove it. I did talk on it a lot though, a lot! Blabbermouth should have been my handle!!! And I've also got a Boomer 250 that I also don't know what happened because like I said I keep my amp Cool and connected right But I do blabbermouth!! I also like to play noises and noises that mix with other noises that turn into new noises that I mix with another noise😮 😂❤ So I'm not sure if I pushed heterodine through it and just really matched out the circuit but I don't know All I'm saying is really nothing because I'm blabbering! 😮😂 No I would just like to see good clear explanations and imagry of proper units of definitely the 667, the m400 and the 250 boomer. And I'm aware of that some of these go by other names like for sure the 250 boomer elite is also a Palomar 250 elite and it's also basically a shooting star and it's also this and it's also that. That little amp is a whore by any name!! Hey who doesn't make it all this way through their CB life without ever running a palmar or a Boomer or shooting star. 😮😂😅😅😅😊

Hello Fellow Amphaulics, Friends, And Supporters Of The World Famous BBI AMPS: Thank you Luke for this amp repair video of a TS 667. I can't wait to see your new baby !!!! I just love it when people ask you to repair a device, don't bring back with OEM transistors, us upgrading the device as better than new for cheap. TS always reinforces my opinions concerning their marvelous workmanship & quality control. I'm glad Luke that you found all of that conductive material no thanks to TS. As far as the incorrect values of the capacitors goes, we'll that's all they had laying around. Maybe you could call him Sharpie or Ninja!! A little black!! Just saying! And yes, the electro trash in amplifiers is real. This is a reason why I'm against drilling holes in top cases or leaving the side screw's hole's open. I got to keep access to the inside to a zero or at least filtered. I know it kind of makes you want to just take your own amplifier apart and clean it!!! I like your analogy with the rubber!! Set up for fires, like throwing away a lithium cell! Additionally maybe you tweakers out there shouldn't be collecting old vape batteries and just putting them in your drawers to tweak on later. You might end up tweaking on a fire!!! 🔥
