All these artists slowing down old songs and stripping the life out of them please take note. This is how you cover a song, you give it new life and own it without destroying the original. I have a feeling David Bowie would have loved this. Well done Roisin. This is pretty fucking cool.

I tremble like a flower to the power of Roisin Murphy’s voice and her sly inclusion of her own lyrics into this slow burn of a true classic ✨🙌🏽❤️🙌🏽✨

This is just fantastic, great creativity, great performers, the amazing and always underrated #Roisinmurphy doing justice and honesty to a #DavidBowie classic. We all know that Roisin just wants to make us all Dance.

Lackluster Murphy. Rightfully so? I think not. Where's the reverb? Where's the pathos? 🤔 Anyway love you RM

Cool arrangement, Roisin Murphy is great but the drumming is out, old fashioned
@thomasedmundrichards3 жыл бұрын
You’re wrong. It’s a different version and The band should play to the drummer. Not. The. Other. Way. Round.
@jonesjones40363 жыл бұрын
What’s wrong with old fashioned? Also what do you mean by the drumming is out?
@julos713 жыл бұрын
@@jonesjones4036 I'm not saying he can't play, but I don't like the style or the sound. Even if it is a cover with an arrangement quite far from the original, "Let's Dance" is for me inseparable from a very powerful drums, with a very binary playing. There, in addition, the sound is imprecise with a poorly controlled reverb
