I was shot by Jarod in the motel and I tried to save Zoe. I think that was the only two of these endings I saw. I escaped every other time. Sucks to be that kid that helped me over the border wall, but in all fairness, he did offer to lift me over. 🙃🙃

Probably some money glitch on PC most money I ever finished with on console was like almost $300 bc I got lucky with RNG on each run and then got lucky with Sonya and got the festival spawn and did the cup game for max amount each time I also had another $100 hidden behind the rock at the border so with that it was close to $500 but all my other runs like $80-140 cash usually more if I leave money behind like I said.

All ways: Die: -Jarod can kill you in any mission besides Beat It, Roll With It, and Take Your Time (And Do It Right). -Run out of stamina at Mt. National. -Shot down in the Tunnel Exit. -Save Zoe with the 4th teen to reach Road 96 -Join the final fight. (Presumably killed.) Arrested: -1st pass out. -Saving the teen and then also saving Fanny. -Throw money at cop and let Stan & Mitch abandon you. -Don't give the agent the code and don't escape in time. I believe that's all of them.
