Ok, first off the crazy animalistic stance at 2:50 was completely badass and looked awesome. Secondly, it somehow got better as the animation went on(I didnt think it was possible), like the coin toss animation against the cerberi was the DEFINITION of PEAK CINEMA! The scoreboard at the end was such a neat detail, and I love how expressive V1 is about losing those points and dropping to A, really makes the character feel like a character and not just a violent machine with no other traits. My only complaint, is that it wasnt longer XD! 9.6 outta 10, spiderverse is shivering its timbers rn

This is a masterpeice. A pure work of art. The use of advanced visual and audio effects to create an atmosphere that would lead someone to believe this is the real game, yet a "reimagined" feeling comes to mind. This realism and camera work is what leads me to my ultimate conclusion, that this is "Absolute Cinema", a term used to describe art mediums that are beyond the scope of ordinary. "Absolute Cinema" beautifly encapsulates this animation because of the intense fighting scenes with the beautiful lighting and iridecent backrounds. On top of this, the story progresses at a natural yet impactful pace, indicating a planned and well thought-out idea coming to fruition. As everyone already said, it's PEAK. And the blend of 2D animation with 3D is done so wonderfully. 1:01 V1 model dissapearing and only the movement lines remaining to show a fast movement 1:37 V1 head deforming as they lower their head and the lines showing they're shaking (also the camera is moving in 1s and V1 in 2s?) 1:43 Impact frame saying "Blood is fuel" like it's completing the calibration from the beggining of the video, making V1 attack the filths to get blood 2:23 this whole shot is amazing. The model deforming with each fast movement, V1 moving in 2s in 2:28 and the camera work is so well done. 2:35 is this a reference to Mario 64 speedruns? Going so fast you clip through the wall? Even the pose is similar 2:40 Cerberus ball throwing animation 3:48 "Hell if full" completing the calibration (also all weapons appearing on V1 wings is another nice touch) And the impact frames (especially 4:10), the text appearing on impact like a comic book, the "scribbles" around V1 when they're enraged... Trully peak.
