If you come to USA with out visa it will be hard for you to do your green card so I think is not good advice for going all though all this way and you will come in and work but you can never get papers.

Good health care services, social benefits for your children till 16yrs, good roads with less accident, freedom pass when you are retired. Personally, I will travel for these reasons even if ghc cedi out value abroad currency. Thanks
