Both sound wicked. You get a bit more raspiness out of the S&S, which I didn't expect. With the KW it's that deep chop and then killer tone at acceleration that they are known for. I just recently tossed a set of 4.5" TABs on my 21 RKS after comparing KW, TAB and Rinehart. Kick as video, scoot is looking killer.

😎 video Very helpful. The Kromewerx sound louder on the lower deeper tone side which I like and prefer S&S sound mid to.higher tones more of a pop sound I'd go with the KW both the way the look chrome right next to the black on the bike and warranty wise thank you sir

Kromewerks has my vote, one thing to consider is that after a few hundred miles the sound will change. I had S&S on my twin cam and they definitely got a deeper rumble after I rode them for awhile (200 miles) to break them in.

Just depends on what sound your looking for in an exhaust. I run KW and absolutely love the sound, look, and quality💯

Just got the khrome werks dominator 2into 2 on my road glide limited. Sounds pretty darn good. Loud but not obnoxious 😮

I've heard Krome works on regular and mod bikes and I think the sound is great. And everyone is happy with the performance. I will be getting some for my ultra

I heard some KW slip-ons (factory header) in-person for the first time, and I was stunned with how quiet they were. I've watched so many videos on KW and was pretty much set on buying them for my '20 SGS. Now I'm not so sure.

Great video CJ! As you know I too am running MK45, BUT an older version. Mine came with my bike and I honestly don't know if they are stock inserts or even if S&S offers different inserts/baffles for the MK (mine is stage 2 tuned with TTS/Mastertune). Additionally, I feel like the newer version (yours) are different in some way, for the better. The powder on mine is much different than the newer ones and starting to fade (not as good). I've been looking at #khromewerks for quite some time now and loving the Eclipse and as well as the new Obsidian (gloss black) by the end of the year. Probably going to have to switch!

Woodbridge police i see. I like thevkrone sound and warranty ,but i think the quieter s&s suits me better for the long run and i do like the black chrome looking end caps.

Yes sir, good eye! I hear ya about quiet, I’m also trying to keep her reasonably quiet. The MK45 is a solid muffler (looks and performance). Sound wise I would say it’s quiet up to a cam change (stage 2) bc anything more changes the sound of the pipe (too loud for me and higher pitch).
