Road King Special | Riding Skills | Spirograph, Bleeding Ulcers

I’ve been mostly practicing brakeless exercises without cones up until now and decided to try my luck with some familiar patterns - the Spirograph and the Bleeding Ulcers. I was amazed to see how much speed I was able to shed and the control gained because of it.

The dimensions are to spec, but all I have are small soccer cones. This makes things much easier. Switch to real cones, and I'll be knocking them over left and right!

Outstanding and inspiring. I'm wondering two things... first, is that a standard handlebar with a riser? And second, any special modification to fit the police seat? Thanks...

Both the risers and bars are from Kraus Moto Co. The bars are their ERG adjustable moto bars. My police seat and all required part are genuine HD parts. No modifications are needed. Bolts right on.

Risers and bars are by Kraus Moto. ERG adjustable moto bars and started with 10” Kickback isolated risers, but then brought them down to 8”. The bars themselves have about 4 1/2” of rise.

It’s a genuine Harley-Davidson police seat.

No nodifications are needed. Everything bolts on. The seat spring suspension bolts into existing holes in the frame. Same thing with the front seat mount. You just need to make sure you order all the necessary parts.

These weren’t brakeless. Don’t get excited. But doing brakeless exercises ahead of going into the pattern makes me much less relient on using the rear brake. I just now use it to shed a bit of speed if needed. But it would cool if I could.

that's nice,but I've never seen anyone sit on gas tank like that going down tge road...show those moves on real life position like dyna wide glide with forward controls riding two up..😮 but it did look nice,just not for real life turns.

The point of such training is to get very familiar and comfortable with ones motorcycle in a safe setting. I could be riding on the tank, or way back. Side saddle is fun too. Try maneuvering with only one hand on the clutch and the other behind your back. There is no better way to become a safer and more proficient rider then to get professional training and to practice regularly all the various techniques.

Ha! The only reason they look new is because I like to touch them up with black model airplane paint. I assure you @jaycee1373, the guards are missing a 1/4" of steel in some places.
