Did the bike frame come with a vin number stamped on it, or did you by pass it with the certificate of newness when making it legal

Damn I’m so jealous , I live in California and most likely its impossible to register any of the China 🇨🇳 pitbikes for road legal use . I could be riding everywhere on my bike and it would expand my riding territories because I can hop on the road and cross it to go on longer dirt trails , usually I’m land locked by roads, the only options are to buy a big nice and new street legal enduro but that’s expensive, the China bikes I like are $800 !

You have to rasie it so the seat height 900mm iff ground and 310 clearance on the bottom then class it as enduro exempt on the NOVA forum make sure you say its a gift

So he’s only committing one offence instead of multiple crimes (driving without a license and insurance) plus people on illegal bikes tend not to stop for police so add on failing to stop for police
