Between the rajya puraskar and rastrapati award there should be minimum gap of 1 year. During this period firstly you see your syllabus for rastrapati award from APRO book then prepare logbook according to this syllabus and offcourse enhance your knowledge, prepare for testing. Till now no update , you should regularly check the website of The Bharat Scouts and Guides, in the circular column you may find regarding the exam date when circular release.
