Road Rage/Speed King - Arcade Selection Menus Reconstruction (WIP)

This piece of WIP-material is part of a reconstruction project that I'm working on which is dedicated to the ultra-rare motion simulator arcade game Road Rage, also known as Speed King in Japan, released in arcades by Konami in January 1995. The reason I'm doing this is because I want to raise awareness to every single arcade collector out there, even die-hard Konami fans, about the preservation of the ultra-rare game that is extremely difficult to find, is still undumped and unplayable in MAME, and is bound to become forever lost to time.
So far, there is only one person I know of who is currently in possession of the game's original PCB set, and is not even a member of the Vintage Arcade Preservation Society (VAPS). He made videos of a unique version of GTI Club running in the exact same Virtual Gear cabinet that was originally used for Road Rage/Speed King, except that he claims (in French only) that the PCB is faulty and is unable to showcase the original arcade game in action.
From my research, I have found this one and only clip of the original arcade game being played when it was showcased at the AOU show in 1995.

I primarily used this footage as reference to reconstruct the selection menus in the best ways as I can, except that there are no models and course layouts in this footage. I currently made it in a way to make it look like it is emulating via MAME for the first time, albeit in an early and non-working status. Please note that this is only a reconstruction and not MAME emulation. I am currenly doing research in how to rip models from PlayStation games such as Speed King, in which I will use the models of the YLD Core and an unknown 2nd ship (presumably the H-Blaster) from the game into the video. I tried using psxprev, but all I was able to find with it are animation files and models that have only like 1 triangle or none at all. No avail.
EDIT: I heard that the game was featured in the British TV series GamesMaster. According to my research, It was featured in Episode 2 of Series 5: • Gamesmaster Series 5 E... . The machine retailed for £115.000 and only had the YLD Core and X-Raiser (Not the H-Blaster as I presumed) as selectable vehicles.
The only way to experience the arcade game in this current time is via the subpar PlayStation edition that was released a year after and was developed by KCET of ISS Pro, Castlevania SOTN and Silent Hill fame. They also made home ports of Crypt Killer and Police 24/7. The PlayStation version suffered from stiff [digital] controls, a poor draw distance and performance issues which greatly held the game back. Furthermore, the game only received a European release in 1997 a year after it originally came out over in Japan, even though most people who play the game prefer the original Japanese version, as it ran on a higher frame-rate than the PAL release. The PAL version in particular had a smaller screen and was more difficult than the original Japanese version.
Menus re-constructed with the VSDC Video Editor using some graphics ripped from the PlayStation version with Beetle PSX HW. Sounds are taken from a bonus music track included on a Konami Music Compilation CD released in 1996 a year after the arcade game, which also included music from Taisen Puzzle-Drama and carried the catalog number KICA-7690.

Nice recreation!! I have the Japanese version of Speed King on my PS1. It's decent but, it's not a perfect port. I hope we'll get to see the Arcade version dumped on MAME soon

That port is always best to be played with either the neGcon or a steering wheel with neGcon functionality, since I believe the port was designed for use with said peripheral, instead of the normal D-Pad. I'm currently attempting to dump the models so that I can render them in Blender and display them in the video properly. One thing I need to do however is model the cabinet in low-poly, which I have no real skills to do so.

The theme that's used here isn't the same arrangement as in the PlayStation port. Would you happen to know of where the original arcade o.s.t is available? I'd be very appreciative if you would!

It is available via a Soundtrack CD Konami released which also includes a soundtrack from another arcade game that I can't think of the name right now.
