I...don't think that was it at all. Sadly, it was more the fact that Pokemon was cheaper for them to air and made them more revenue due to its' popularity. That's why Freakazoid and Road Rovers were cancelled. :/ Road Rovers was actually the second highest rated cartoon on the WB at the time it aired, so it was not low ratings that killed it.
