I passed my test this morning and just wanted to lend a small token that may be helpful to anyone going for theirs. Coming up to the test (2weeks) as much practice as you can fit in. Try book some lessons with different instructors even just 2, I feel like this helped me so much as one picked up on stuff the other didn't. And of course watching Danes vids have also been so helpful when it's not possible to get out on the road. Thank you Dane!

Hi, I passed my test yesterday (my second try) in Dun Laoghaire yesterday, and thank you for all your wonderful videos! Just to let people know, about the road signs they asked about, both times, were the clearway and the pedestrian zone (red and white circles). They also asked about a guarded rail crossing and the motorway ending. The other one I wasn't sure about was a black T with a red line above it- I guess it's a T crossing with a dead end...anyways I muddled my way through that one. But I passed overall :) So, very happy, and thank you.

I found it easier to focus and understand when watching your videos calmly at home after my lessons. @danetygheletsdrive I was asked about 16 road signs in my test is this normal? family and friends told me they were asked 7 or 8.Also there was 1 I had never seen or heard of before it was a black and white stripped one (not chevron) I have since looked online for this sign and cant find it, it was a horizontal black and white striped sign

Dane, what are some things to check on your car before going for a test? I've heard of people not being able to sit their test because of issues with insurance discs and other things.

Well I trust you understand that if you don't have a proper insurance disc there will be no test, the green strip has to be clearly displayed. Google final checks for the driving test and you'll be able to download the RSA booklet.
