Bro you may not be knowing but..........i have started working on myself after watching your videos ......... Like aapke wo pull ups waale videos.... Mereko boht inspiring lage aur usi chakkar mein Maine bhi pull ups Marne start kar diye....ab ek start mein mere 20 pull-ups hojaate hain ...........and ab mereko muscle up sikhna hain 🙋.... Toh kuch tips milengi ?

High pullups maaro or straight dips maaro set wise. In a week muscleup (clean ) ho jayega agar 20 reps jata h ek set me toh 🔥
