I'll be putting out an intermediate and an advanced version of this! Most of the detail will be in the routine page, but these will give examples. Some of these videos are older videos I made a few months ago. That's why the style and camera quality is a bit different. Back then, I did everything on the front camera of my phone, hahaha. Come to think of it, all of my most popular videos were done on my phone. What did I even buy this camera for?? Haha.

The mentality being “I don’t have time to do this” or “doing that is a waste of precious time” so I’m a very schedule-based and time oriented person. It can get quite taxing and stressful when my body won’t let me sleep because I could be working. My psychologist wants me to set alarms to take breaks and my mum wants me to exercise more instead of sitting down all day working. Hopefully these simple routines help me take decent breaks!

I absolutely love your short videos. They make me feel motivated and the beginner sets make me happy. Most of the time ‘beginner’ stuff is still too intense for me. Thank you so much ❤️

Just tried with Monday being wall pushups. I made it to 20 before it started burning. Got in 3 sets of 20. Here's to a healthy 2023! Much love my friend!

The twist hold reminds me so much of a yoga asana known as Gomukhasana, it's good for your posture too! Might wanna check that out. Thank you for the great video, sir♥️✨

Could you do this again in couple of weeks or a month or two, but with harder exercises? I wanted to start working out but I didn't know what exercises I should do so this video really helped!

Being depressed and exhausted, i find myself lying all day in bed when i'm not working. I'm in my early 20s yet i feel like i have no energy whatsoever, caffeine not even being enough to get me going. I'm gonna try and start this routine tomorrow morning, forcing myself to become more active. Maybe it'll even give me my wits back. I don't think it'll fix my mental health but it'll surely help.

I did a survey in our Discord survey on whether or not people were actually there for fitness or for the community. I think 47% answered "i was told there were free chicken nuggies." So you're definitely not the only one! Haha.

Started with this today (doing half of it till I can reach the goal). I hope I can maintain this routine!! It felt so good. You start with the hardest exercises and the last ones feel like a reward. Good luck to anyone starting too
