@@piiptilter6114 TBF, that doesn't always happen. Like in this case they had 20k. But either way it's fun to base each generation on a theme/pack, encourages you to explore every part of the game. For me I don't buy a new pack until I've progressed onto the next generation. I'm currently on generation three, so it's saved me so much money lol. In saying that, it's my bday in a few weeks, so I'll probably buy myself an expansion pack around about then, probably eco lifestyle.

What I especially don’t like is that there’s no explanation on why we need to find these “magical motes.” Like why am I going around finding these? There’s no actual reason given unless I’m missing it. It just seems like a stupid thing thrown in there so becoming a spellcaster isn’t completely immediate. Just seems lazy.

I mean, it`s a fricking game, your supposed to have fun with it and expressing yourself. Initially the same goes for fashion (in rl), at least that`s how I see it. The potions are a bit random, as far as learning goes. At least for my sim! You can go back to the magical realm and ask each of the sages for a potion to learn which helps a lot faster, or you can click "experiment" on the cauldron and it'll help gain XP and sometimes you learn a new potion. I'm not sure if it's one of the perks or not, but you will also get ingredients for potions when you are experimenting with the cauldron. Hope that helps!

Drink that good fortune potion and then visit the Magical Realm's garden area for harvestables. You'll want an apple tree at home. Could just plant more in the magical garden area until it is spring at Column's home. Also, you should make Plahn Tayne either a spell caster with the spell caster aspiration studying mischief magic, or give her a "rabbit hole" career to make money and get her out of the way.

James you need to unlock that bedroom door as it is the only entrance to the only bathroom in the house also you do not learn spells and potions in order, you will get items like a broom and different potions in the mail now that your a spellcaster and also you need to look at the bookcase for tomes that youll be able to take with you and read to learn spells and also i believe you can click on yourself and practice magic it will help raise your level as a spellcaster Please like comment so James can see
