Those 50s at the end!! ☠ Still remember how hard my split 400 sessions were (400, 300-100, 2x200, 4x100). 4x100 would always be the worst. All that energy just to get going when body is shutting down from the previous max effort sets!

Are those the mid d spikes or the prime sp 2’s. I’ve been doing my 800’s in prime sp2 and it feels great
