Another DreamWorks movie that does the, "I'm okay!" bit is 'How to Train Your Dragon'. At some point, Fishlegs falls off a dragon in training and goes, "I'm okay!", then the dragon falls on top of him and he goes, "Less okay!" This is quoted constantly by my family

Road to El Dorado is one of my favorite movies- and it was one of those movies I first saw because I was babysitting some kids who wanted to watch it. Inevitably, I was the one who ended up way more invested in the movie than the children, haha. It wasn't until much later on that I sat up and realized, "Oh my god, this is a ROAD TO movie" like the Bob Hope/Bing Crosby ones I'd seen on AMC back in the day. Learning that there were supposed to be sequels means it's even more of a spiritual sequel to those movies, that's so cool.

Listen, 2D animation was DreamWorks’ golden era IMO. Prince of Egypt, Road to El Dorado, Sinbad: all bangers. Not saying they didn’t drop other great movies, but their 2D era is untouchable.
@bubbletea91115 ай бұрын
Its not the Aztecs in the movie that Cortez is going after, it's the Mayans. If you look at ancient Mayan art it looks exactly like the art in the movie where as ancient Aztec art is more sharpely defined and boxy almost. Less almost cartoony in a way. I am part Aztec and we have a lot of the art up on the walls.

As a massive uncharted fan I think I might have to watch this and replay the games again. Yes the first one is about trying to findi el dorado in the third act it turns out that they find a golden sarcophagus that in some Indiana jones raiders of the lost ark rip off twist turns people into these zombie like Second uncharted is about the fabled city of shambala and uncharted 2 is still my favourite of the series as I played it first, and just generally find a lot of its structure the best in the series. Uncharted 3 is about finding another lost city (the lost city of Ubar also known as Irma of the pillars) and is probably a tie with the first game for the worst games in the main 4 games tbh. Then lastly uncharted 4 has him trying to relive some glory days after stopping treasure hunting to have a more stable life with his brother kinda retconned into existence taking him out of that into trying to find a pirate utopia and I don’t remember it as well as I do the others since it’s been a while but I was thinking the entire time this episode was playing it sounds like a solid uncharted type romp.
