Generalized anxiety disorder haver here. I fall asleep to youtube videos every night. My go-to is Markiplier playing Uno with Bob and Wade. Been a fan of his for years, and there's just something about him playing a simple card game with friends that just calms my nerves and quiets my brain. (Even with Wade screaming about bot Barbara every few turns, lmao)
