AWC just one problem is that the lancaster could still fly even with one engine running it was proven multiple times. Also fighters couldnt fly to germany until later in the war

Plus, they want to go to berlin and crash landed in some mountain range with mountains covered in eternal snow. That means they either flew way past Berlin into the Erzgebirge or they went completly the wrong way and flew all the way to the alps. Which, considering they went past the black forest they did. And from there it's just a short 580 km trip to Berlin. By the way, from london to the black forest it's about 680kms. From London to berlin is a 900km trip. Also, the conversation the trees have is stupid. There is no bail system in germany.

AWC wrong plane. It should have been a Wellington and the not only the targeting sights for the BF 109 E-4 is wrong (looks more like a German tail gun sight) the 20mm would have wreaked the bomber. Besides I've seen and played to much WT- Il2 to know a bomber wouldn't last that long especially head on with a German plane lol

Also noteworthy: the German interceptors didn't have cannon's in this cartoon; this is due to being E-1 production batches, which were devoid of the 20mm. This would be early in the war, like early when Lancasters flew daylight raids with Spitfire for short-range escort. Technically, a raft(especially the instant inflatable ones) has potential to double as a parachute, it is a matter of how one holds it. In a sense, a raft could be used as a parachute, but it is tricky.

life is cringe the Lancaster bomber had merlin engines..you know the ones that powered the spitfire, hurricane, mosquito and yes the mustang. Although the mustang used a fake copy of the merlin engine..but still a merlin. Best engine ever made.
