First of thanks for sharing your true feelings. You are not alone. Trading is hard, it works only if you are in a good mental and financial state. And one thing , as long as you don’t have a serious playbook (entry and exit model, pre market analysis, lot size and the specific pair and specific secession and specific hours where there is volatility) , then you won’t be successful. Price action that start analysis from higher timeframe to lower time frame is the only way that works. ICT is a scam😢

I think the main issue may be whether the ICT strategy truly fits your personality last year i was trading on SMC and it was good strategy for real but from some datas i accept that it did not fit for me and changes my way and now i am at good position but my friend is trading that strategy and he is profitable ..but it wasn't worked well for me so ask ur self this question....Additionally, external factors around you might be affecting your ability to reach your full potential.
