I'm back to RECOVERY mode due to 2 injuries.
Right elbow/forearm tendons are in a really bad state, plus my left knee.
As previous time, I decided to do 2 steps backwards, and train on easier grades until my arm and knee are at least at 80%.
Videos are 2x fast forward.
Next session I'll try all the dark greens, in both Leiden boulderhalls. Gonna be difficult to score 100% as this time.
