The emotion and intensity of the athletes combined with the soundtrack gets you amped up. The production crew does a good job of editing with these. I could watch them all day long. I've watched the 2014 documentary about three times and the 2015 one twice. But it won't be the last time I'll watch either one.

Someone design a different spandex outfit for each of them. They're all super heroes. I like how Sara is always talking about food. If you were to tell people how much she eats they would fall over. They still don't the whole you have to eat more often concept when it comes to fitness. Even for the 9-to-5er GPP person, calories are your friend.
