Hooray for the sisters, hooray for Vikki, beautifully done, inspiring, a great relief that more of the truth is moving outward. Well done, so grateful ❤❤❤

These sisters are incredible and teach new techniques about getting to the source of the horse's problems instead of punitive methods!

I'd imagined older horses picking up injuries and muscle probs and needing adjustment, but what an eye opener seeing a young horse already with so much pain in it's body. Wonderful seeing the possibility these horses are well on the way to a more comfortable life with their owners. Just amazing to see what can be done. And to see visible results starting so fast! Its too sad the amount of horse that get thrown away; No good. And so inspiring to see trainers and professionals able to figure the solutions. I imagine the precious lives that are saved by such interventions. A horse can reach his pet potential, rather than being passed on and on, possibly putting riders/owners in danger, before the decision is made to slaughter. What a fantastic skill being able to read a horse like that and have the abiltiy to fix him too!

As a very experienced TellingtonTTouch practitioner, I am thrilled to see someone acknowledge that pain is the root of most of behavior issues in horses, and all animals. Thank you Vicki Wilson!

Her seat is amazing because she holds on to the horses mouth. She is making the horse jig by never releasing the mouth.

Thank you so much , Vicki ! I'm glad to see far more awareness of our horse's pain , especially spinal displacements /muscle spasms. We should be teaching our horses bilateral neck flexions, and lowering their heads for head/neck/spinal stretches before, during and after workouts. I read today an owner's horse is doing these exercises on it's own , unprompted, which is ideal ... It must feel good ! I wish every owner could take an equine acupressure course, (if they can't get a veterinary chiropractic or acupuncture degree!) But we can all know our horse's bodies and habits. Are there changes ? We can take temperatures and run our hands over spines, legs and major muscle groups, to detect heat or pain . We can check for dental problems and listen to their respirations and heart beats … and call our Vets.

Great video. I have two horses with SI joint problems and if I had paid more attention earlier to exactly what Vicki is talking about, we could probably have caught these problems a lot earlier as well. I believe in adjustments for humans from a chiropractor, so why should we not believe the same thing is good for our horses? Makes sense.

just think when yr lying on the ground concussed with a brain injury and can't remember what the date is or what u were doing. Just remember that helmets save lives. and talking from experince it has saved my life more than once. so just remember we don't hang on to a horn when things get tough. also do u think we agree with what u do because more than half of the time we don't agree with your way of doing things either.

Pathetic comments Speakers are surround sound up in the stands Do you know what safety helmets are...bull riders use them Your comment about boots? Unbelievable

because she is an english rider.... the amount of flambouyance the rest of the competitors had comparatively far outweighed a bog standard helmet and english boots

Folks - this is the biggest piece of bo-yunk I've seen in horse handling. She is not regarding the horse OR his feelings. It's not about the equipment. It is entirely about how the horse is being made to feel emotionally comfortable. These instances show me that she does not have any consideration for the horse. I stopped at 9:08 and refused to watch any more. This was terribly painful for me and for the horse.
@001rewa6 жыл бұрын
How can you make that judgement if you didnt watch all of it? You werent even curious to see the remarkable change in the horse after she had done the bodywork?
@sidilicious116 жыл бұрын
Max Artman you might want to go back and watch the entire video because you missed how much she helped these two horses in a short time. The adjustments she did were impressive
@ljones28686 жыл бұрын
I thought she was considering the emotional state of these horses very well as well as their physical state. I'm not Abigail fan of a lot of stuff like this, but I thought she was very good and the results were impressive. You should perhaps give yourself a chance to learn and watched the entire video. I'm an old school trainer but I learned from and enjoyed the video. The more one knows about horses makes one realize how much one does NOT know about them. Vicki made a lot of sense.
