How do you protect your toes on the downhills, I’ve tried all sorts but still loose toe nails after an ultra . Any tips please. Keep content coming you’re a natural runner and KZbinr 👍

Thanks! I tape my ‘index toe’ and wear top quality socks. Typically I use stance or sidas - they seem to do the trick! Hope that helps

I raced 100k in Feb - will do a 70k next week and then back off. I average 220k per week with 7000m vert in big builds like this

Yup it’s a camera! Training for western states I haven’t used poles once (because you can’t race with them) but when I train for mountain races I do!
