Tom love your video and updates on your surgery. I'm an avid cyclist, 300-400 miles per week. I'm an athlete that performs at a high level and can't ride of my pain. Hi Tom I was wondering if you could share your Garmin setup for your trail races. Like what watch faces do you use what functions and do you setup reminders for nutrition for example?

Unlucky Tom! At least as a supported elite you didn't have to deal with trying to battle with various busses for 3+ hours in order to get back to accommodation after being forced to pull out with stomach issues and associated dehydration.

As an American, I typically root for the American men (and woman) to win and perform well at UTMB. That said, since Jim got his big win last year, I'd love to see Tom win this year. Tom is a really inspiring athlete and has been transparent in sharing his training and preparation for this years UTMB, which has been great to observe on the other side of the pond so-to-speak. It seems like barring any set-backs (last minute injury or sickness) this could be Tom's year! Go get 'em man!
