Asta's grimoire is covered with the filth of time, so dirty that unless you look extra carefully you'd never notice its got a 5 leaf clover. The anime just does a bad job of showing that. OH! For the next Ep. you should try to make a mental note of any background characters that might some how draw your attention. Also, because I keep forgetting, WOO HOO!!! You guys doing Black Clover! Hope you like the humor cuz the author loves to have it in there.

The stunted growth thing shows up in Tough!/Shootfighter Tekken as well. Kiichi's dad put him through such _insane_ training (seriously sometimes you think Baki lucked out by comparison) from when he could walk that he's as swole as Arnold by 14, yet only around 4'10 which is kind of funny considering the rest of this family are One Piece giants Unfortunately you can't get much of a react, they only made a 4 episode oav based on the first major arc, *_BUT_* if you like Baki I can highly recommend the series, as well as the spinoff Oton a series of shorts about this dad up until his birth

Don't worry Adorkable, we figured out what you meant 🤣. Honestly though, I think Asta's book isn't necessarily dirt but it's more like Ash or something since there is a “Demon” in the 5th clover. Like it's supposed to represent a Hellish nature or something, maybe. And because of his Anti-Magic it's still outside of the normal Magic paradigm that most people have. And I'm not gonna spoil it. But the whole, not flying on a Broom thing 😏 Asta is gonna find a way around that for sure 👌🏾. That's all I'm gonna say. Not the how or the why lol
