I always wonder why there's no names of the baton rouge naighborhood after crossing the interstate it looks like a hood Area with no name ?

There are various names of neighborhoods, but they’re small areas without clearly defined borders, so I didn’t attempt to name them. And from what I can tell, property values and demographics vary wildly from block to block.
