Fascinating that US 11 and 84 now never touch one another. But I will observe that US 11 is the only highway through Laurel that doesn’t hitch a ride on I-59. It’s actually quite rare for it to be duplexed with interstates. I can think of only three places in Mississippi and Virginia.
