Road trip! Broome to Adelaide River - outside Darwin - 1800kms..

Road trip! In this episode we crank out 1800kms driving from Broome to Darwin. Original plan was to try and get it done in three days, but that was never going to happen! Ended up in Adelaide River Caravan Park just outside of Darwin which was amazing and ended up staying there for the week. Adelaide River Caravan Park has the best pub we have eaten at in ages, well worth a stopover, especially now considering it was petty much empty!

Nice video. Brings back memories of our trip in 1985 when we did Adelaide to Darwin then down the east coast of and back to Adelaide. Love to do it again and Tassie. But covid19 is a downer so can’t see it happening any time soon!

Yup, we were meant to be heading to Melbourne to catch-up with family for Christmas but Covid ended that one! Have not done Tassie yet, planning to get there next Christmas when things have hopefully returned to some kind of normal! Stay safe. 🍻👍

How’s the lotus any cracked interior walls … our 2018 cracked every wall

Hey Aaron - damn that's no good. We have not really had any issues with ours. Definitely no cracked walls or anything. Did you get on to Lotus about it, I assume they would cover something like that - I think I saw someone in the Lotus group that had a cracked roof once due to an issue with the grain in the wood and moisture or something. So far after 18 months on the road we have been without drama, touch wood!
