When I was a kid in early 90’s my Dad had a silver Chevy Luv, that he’d cram me and my 2 sisters into when we’d go to the beach. My little sister would have to sit on my lap which wasn’t too bad until the return trip when we were all covered in sand and salt. It’s a great and happy memory but I’m sure they’d throw my dad in jail if he did that today with four people in a truck cab with two maybe three seatbelts and one kid not buckled in. Ah the 90’s when the world didn’t suck.

My brother and I used to lay in the bed of the truck with sleeping bags, freezing our asses off in the winter time, heading to Tampa Bay at four o'clock in the morning to go fishing, towing a boat. My dad would always bring one of his friends along, who would sit in the cab with him. Also, our truck did not have a topper. They're nice memories, looking back now. Those things made us a lot tougher. You can't even make a kid now eat his vegetables for crying out loud. My kids are total idiots, afraid of everything.

My first vehicle was a 1980 Chevy luv 4wd in that same red. I miss my luv. I love this episode. Everything that can go wrong will go wrong with a Chevy luv with the little g180 engine or in the roadkill luv the g160 engine
