I actually kinda dig the eco boost. It's not as dramatic as the V8 (my dad has a 2021 GT), but it's a nice cruiser that won't murder you at the gas pump that still provides nice performance. I wouldn't wanna go more expensive than like 42k though for the eco boost. At 46, you might as well spend that little bit more for the V8.

The ecoboost is the better buy unless you really want a manual. 95% of the folks who buy the 5.0 will never use all 480 horses. So, why waste Money at the pump? My 1990 Foxbody 5.0 is only 225 stock HP and it is still a blast to drive. Comparably equipped, the 5.0 will run 10K more than the ecoboost. Both engines go 0-6 in well under 5 seconds. 4.5 for EB and 4.2 for the Coyote. Where the Coyote will shine would be 60 to 100 MPH. But, how often do you drive 100 MPH? For a daily, I would get the EB. For a weekender, I would get a 5.0. The great news is, no matter which engine you get, you will have a fast Mustang.

Thanks for an excellent video on your road trip experience 👌 I think if you enjoy a more power than your average car and want something sporty looking with a pretty big trunk and comfortable interior this car hits the mark. Amazing review, I like this yellow color with the black wheels and also the interior looks well designed. Bad things I can think of is the visibility (rear camera kinda makes up for it) and the infotainment is also a bit bad because it's not that responsive which is a shame considering the price of the car. The fact that it didn't let you switch back to quiet mode exhaust is also terrible 😅 they should put more effort in the infotainment. At the end of the day it's a beautiful Mustang and I'm happy Ford still makes ICE Mustangs but at the same time they offer the electric option too (Mach E).
