I never Raced in IMSA, but did race in NHRA, NASCAR, Rally, and SCCA. Building a 10,000 hp car for SLR at Bonneville. Racing or even Practicing Laps at night was actually relaxed compared to daytime. Seeing cars on your back bumper gets annoying. Rally was the craziest and wrecked more cars driving in it. When I first saw Cadillac Endurance Racing I was amazed. Would love to race 24 hours at Le Mans in one of their cars.
