I had to buy this pattern and want to make myself one. Just a hint...to get no puckering in the zipper corners, even when using WPC, before you get to the corner (about a half inch away) use teeny stitches and go around the corner then lengthen your stitch until you reach the next corner. Proceed as usual. You will get beautiful corners every time. Thank you for a magnificent pattern and a really great tutorial.

I just finished the Roadie Mini Tote bag and it is lovely! |I actually made it into a cross body rather than tote. I have to say I was terrified that the final zipper wasn't going to work out but it was perfect! :) This is my favorite bag so far and hope to make a few of these. Thanks for taking the time to create the design and for providing the tutorial because for me, I prefer the live instructions vs any written. I did refer to your written instructions on occasion so they are valuable too. Thank you!

Excellent tutorial! And thank you so much for illustrating in the pattern where each piece is located. This helps so much when I’m trying to decide where to put the accent colors.

This is the cutest little bag to make for gifts. Because of the different pieces, I can use what I have on hand. No need to buy a bunch of stuff and I love not having to print out the pattern. I'm a quilter and I have all the rulers to cut out my pieces.

Love this Bag! I purchased the pattern a couple weeks ago and plan to make it soon.....I am thinking of hacking it a bit. I love having a built in wallet, so I am going to add a wallet with a snap closure flap to the back panel.

Aw thank you so much! I can't wait to see your bag. I hate waiting too - I usually start my bag then realized I don't have everything I need and have to stop half wait through to wait for my order to arrive. So, I think you're a step ahead! :)

Hi thank you for all of your videos, I got the pattern and I cut the pattern out, the 1” block is 1”,but when I measured the pattern it was wrong. I printed at 100, can you tell me what I did wrong. I never had a problem before thank you,

I love the pattern and the video but I have hit a snag. I cut the pieces using the dimensions given on page 5 of the pattern. Upon assembling the front panel I found that the zipper pocket and accent piece are too narrow by half an inch. I went back and remeasured the pieces and found they were cut to the proper dimensions. What have I done wrong?

I have a new Semi Industrial machine and I’ll use Tex 045 ( think)….what should be used in the bobbin? Can I use embroidery bobbin thread? I have a lot to learn! TIA!!!😊
@kdillhandmade11 ай бұрын
I have a Juki TL2000Qi and use Tex45 in the bobbin without any issues. My only recommendation is to not use the auto thread cutter, if you have that, with Tex45 as that can strain and potentially cause issues with the blade.
