I’m getting ready to read that book as well. Looking forward to it! BTW: I use a similar chai tea and find it tastes great when I make my oatmeal using the prepped tea. Thanks for the tips on what to look for in the camp site!

@susansawatzky 0 seconds ago Christine, I'm so impressed with your low key presentation of your life. I haven't been camping since my husband died 12 years ago. At 81 I've decided I want to go camping again. I began searching for car camping and of course came across innumerable youtube videos of people living out of their cars, vans, SUVs, RVs, etc. Many of these are simply unrealistic for someone at my stage of life. The off road, boondocking lifestyle is something my husband and I used to do, but I have neither the equipment nor the financial ability to buy another vehicle. So my 2008 RAV4 is what I decided to use. I won't be staying out in the wilderness, probably established state and forest service campgrounds. And, not for weeks at a time but rather days. Still, I'm encouraged by your ability to go with the flow and the way you present yourself. Susan Ross Sawatzky
