Roadtrip 2024 - Ep.14 San Bernardo Pass

Hi all,
Today we drove the Saint Bernardpass. This was very special to us, because we already drove it 10 years ago, but with cold heavy rains and a lot of fog. So we didn't see much and didn't enjoy it as much as we did today.
Frank, whom we met yesterday, joined us a part too and continued his way back to the Netherlands later.
Also we saw the glacier on the Mont-Blanc at Chamonix, which was very impressive to see. Nice place to drone.

Danke Thomas, Endlich mal wieder richtige Bergen, mit Schnee! Italien war schön, aber die Dolomiten und Alpen sind immer unser Favorit!

Wow, that was beautiful going up through the mountains. And good that the weather held up for you this time and made it a better experience than last time. I hope the people in the car were ok. It did make me laugh that the lady was trying to open the car door, but the man in shorts was just stood there watching. 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂ Another lovely video, don't expect scenery like that in Dorset🤣🤣🤣

@@Tojj29 thank you Nigel. We enjoyed this pass a lot, a good compensation for 10 years ago. Yes, that lady was in real panic and didn’t realise that the doors were closed electrically, like so many other cars. The man seemed a little shocked or feeling helpless. We hope that it ended up well too… Dorset will be beautiful in it’s own way 😜
