It sounds like you were close to Buffalo. I visited there for the first time over the weekend. The Buffalo Zoo had a rhino named Lulu and one of her favorite foods is sweet potatoes!! Made me laugh and think of you ❤😊 So good to see you on the road!!

I agree with you that the fast food places are "junk, junk, junk." I prepare all of my meals. Always have. Someone once asked me, "What is your favorite fast food?" I replied, "Fruit." Their mouth dropped open. They had a hard time wrapping their mind around it. :o) Eat your fruit & veggies. Live long & healthy.

I eat a ton of food because at mealtimes I am very hungry because I never eat in between meals. if I was snacking, then I would never be hungry enough to eat this volume. most of this volume is veggies too!!

Awesome day to travel!!! When you were having lunch on your new bed, dressed in that cute yellow top, most of your patterns could be seen backstage and nothing clashed. I just love watching you on the road. Love all the heathy meals you prepare. I just drove to Justin TX for a Nephews graduation. 8 hour trip, but I left two day early just so I could enjoy the drive . And see what there is to along the way. Not stopping just paying more attention to the things am seeing and just like sing a few tunes, think about stuff I haven't thought about. And just be in peace. Now unfortunately I do not have a travel vehicle yet , but am working on it. It has been so nice this trip just slowing down and tacking the time to smell the roses as they say. All of your colors around you and it looks great. The simplicity of your head board blends so well.i don't know if you try to eat all your food at one setting or put a cover on it for later in the fridge, but I remember when I was feeding my babies out of a little jar and if they didn't finish it, I would cap it for later. But it would tend to get a little watery. But if I poured a normal amount into a little bowl and never let the spoon touch the food in the jar, it stayed fresh. Just a thought I had. Have a good trip.

Lulu: We live in the Lower Hudson River Valley region of the State of New York. You are correct; NEW YORK IS A WIDE STATE. It is also long; altogether, it is huge in size. It is hard to convince folks who have never been here, that much of N.Y. is rural or suburban. There are some N.Y. residents who have never been to New York City because it is too far away!😮

Born and raised on Long Island. We spent summers going to end of the Island and up to upstate. Saturday family day trips from Long Island to Bear Mountain,. and As a young adult NYC was the place to go for music, theater and food, and everything else. It’s a wonderful state. 🌟
