I despise long road trips and would NEVER do it alone for sure. I would have flown, would have given you more time with your folks. I do get your excitement to see the Fall and feel the fall air, I know too first hand from living in south Fla for 30+ miserable years I wanted to cry every fall and winter due to no change of season. I despise the summer heat and humidity and thats all you get year round in HOT FL. Be safe on those roads you are very courageous! I know sweet Bella will miss you 🐶

Hey girl, If you run out of good reading after your road trip, can I make a suggestion, it's Young Adult reading but I adore the story series, it's called "The spooks Apprentice" by Joseph Delaney, it's based on old English folk stories and beliefs and it vaguely references the Pendal Witch trials, you might fire through it quickly but there's a whole series if you like it. Highly recommend to everyone who likes spooks and spirits without gratuitous horror.

Wegmans originated in Rochester NY. Where I am there’s one 10 minutes up the road! Fresh local food when they can. Aren’t you glad they’re starting to build stores slowly south of NY state?

I used to read alot when younger, but rarely these days. When yiung i loved horror books. I was around for The Amityville horror when released. Lol. Another genre i found i enjoyed was true crime, especially serial killer books. I can recommend something for you if you like that sort of thing. Its the PREY novels by John Sanford. All titles have "prey" in them. Follows a detective thru the years thru different cases. I would however mention going in order tho. Since it follows him so closely personally as well good to stsrt young and go as he ages.

We kive in Jax so you stopped in the beginning at our Buccees. I remember everyone going nuts when it opened. Lol. We pass by it going down to st Augustine but have never stopped in. Lol. We're originally from MD so have gone on that trip up 95 many times. Was 12-13 hrs to MD and we akways drove straight thru. And Oh yeah, we akways stopped at Pedros South of the Border. 😁
