Farm/Agriculture is no longer thriving in Batangas. Its economic driver is mainly industrial parks and technology zones. Much of Batangas are already urbanized.

@@apinezstats2237 I follow a popular cooking vlog from Batangas and he always shows buying ingredients from the local wet market where he buys fresh produce, meat products and chicken etc and from what I gather they are locally sourced. There is also a travelogue by Goma where he went to a restaurant where it's farm to table concept. Everything is produced from their own organic farm. They also grow their own coffee blend and other blends. I think you are showing ignorance about the local food scene. Go out and touch grass.
